It is a seven-seater luxury SUV.
The SUV will retain same engine options as the current BMW X7, but slightly returned: a 3-liter turbo diesel engine making 352PS and 700 Nm, a 3-liter turbo petrol producing 380PS and 520Nm and a 4.4-litre twin turbo V8 unit, churning out 530PS and 720Nm. All three powertrains are coupled with an eight-speed automatic transmission, powering all four wheels.
In terms of safety, the SUV gets multiple airbags and a 360-degree camera. BMW has also equipped the facelifted X7 with advanced driver-assistance systems (ADAS) which consists of maneuver assistant, trailer assistant, reversing assistant and parking assistant.
New facelifted BMW X7 will be launched in India on December 10.
