The Maruti Suzuki Baleno is the result of Maruti listening to its customers and making numerous significant upgrades that have deliciously changed the vehicle. Along with improved driving performance and a host of new, useful features, the Baleno is more comfortable.
Design
A conventional antenna, front door-mounted ORVMs, dual-tone alloy wheels, LED tail lights, projector headlights, LED DRLs, rear wipers and washers, and a rear spoiler with a high-mounted stop lamp are among the exterior features of the Maruti Baleno.
The high-end hatchback's interior features include an Arkamys-sourced music system, cruise control, automatic climate control with rear AC vents, six airbags, Suzuki Connect, a nine-inch SmartPlay Studio touchscreen infotainment, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, and a height-adjustable driver seat.

Engine and Gearbox
The 1.2-liter petrol engine in the Baleno generates 88 bhp (113 Nm) when running on fuel and 76 bhp (98.5 Nm) when running on compressed natural gas. Maruti offers only a five-speed manual gearbox. The fuel efficiency of the 55-liter CNG tank is 30.61 km/kg. For the MT and AT variants, the fuel economy is 22.35 mpg and 22.94 mpg, respectively.
Features
The Zeta variant gains alloy wheels, chrome door handles, chrome garnish on the back door, rear wiper, telescope steering adjustment, on-board voice assistant, OTA updates via mobile phone, two tweeters, colour MID, side and curtain airbags, rearview camera, and Suzuki Connect in addition to the same features as the standard variant.
Variants and Safety
There are four different variants of the Baleno: Alpha, Zeta, Delta, and Sigma. On April 1, 2023, Maruti Baleno launched its updated version in India. Five people can fit in this model's seats. In the Global NCAP crash test, the Baleno received a single star for safety.
