The Kinetic DX scooter itself embodies a fusion of modern design and nostalgic elements from its predecessor, featuring Raptor-inspired styling—evident in the distinctive Raptor-shaped indicators and LED daytime running lights (DRLs). The illuminated ‘KINETIC’ badging on the handlebar cowl further emphasizes its innovative spirit. 

The DX comes in two variants: the standard DX priced at Rs 1,11,499 and the upgraded DX+ at Rs 1,17,499 (ex-showroom). Bookings have opened with an initial cap of 35,000 units set to begin deliveries in September/October 2025.

Powered by a robust 2.6 kW Lithium Iron Phosphate (LFP) battery manufactured by Range-X—boasting an impressive lifespan of 2500–3500+ cycles—the scooter offers an IDC-certified range of 116 kilometers on a single charge while achieving a top speed of 90 km/h.

4. Ground Clearance & Wheelbase: With a clearance of 165 mm and a wheelbase of 1314 mm, it’s designed to tackle Indian road conditions seamlessly.

Charging is user-friendly thanks to the integrated EasyCharge system, allowing users to reach 50% charge in just two hours or achieve full charge within four hours.

Built In-House, Made in India

Kinetic Engineering takes pride in announcing that the DX is crafted primarily within India—99% local content—with all major components developed in-house at their state-of-the-art manufacturing facility spanning two acres. This renewed commitment signifies not only economic support but also enhances job creation within the country.

Smart Utility with MyKiney AI

Beyond performance metrics, the Kinetic DX integrates smart technology that enhances user experience:

• MyKiney AI Voice Assistant: Provides alerts and reminders through a built-in Bluetooth speaker available in multiple languages—including Italian and German for export markets.
• EasyKey System: A keyless ignition feature utilizing password-based access for added convenience.
• Telekinetics App: Offers functionalities such as remote start/stop capabilities, geo-fencing features, and over-the-air updates.

Additional features like cruise control, hill hold assist, reverse park assist, regenerative braking through K-Coast technology contribute to making this scooter exceptionally user-friendly.

The metal-bodied design includes thoughtful touches such as EasyFlip pillion footpegs and a spacious underseat boot capable of accommodating various items—including helmets or even gas cylinders—making it adaptable to everyday needs.

Colours, Warranty & Availability

The Kinetic DX will be offered in five vibrant colors—Red, Blue, Black, White, and Silver—drawing inspiration from previous models that have garnered affection among consumers. Notably, customers can benefit from a standard warranty covering three years or 30,000 kilometers alongside an optional extended battery warranty lasting up to nine years or one lakh kilometers—a first-of-its-kind offering in this segment.
