The external design Is refined while maintaining the general appearance of the departing GV70. The GV70’s headlamps and grille have been modified up front, and the front bumper now has a new skid-plate feature. The side modifications are completed with new 19-inch wheels, and the turn signals have been moved to the back of the vehicle to improve visibility. The SUV's sportier design elements are added by the GV70 Sport package, which was also unveiled. The GV70 Sport has redesigned 21-inch wheels, a dark chrome diffuser and muffler tips at the back, larger air intakes on the front bumper, and a double-layered G-Matrix Crest Grille.
