Futuristically Advanced, Maruti Suzuki Swift 4th generation?

The brand-new Swift has been introduced by Maruti Suzuki to the Indian market. There are five different types of the new Swift. The 2024 Swift is offered for a monthly subscription fee of Rs. 17,436. The price of the car, registration, insurance, maintenance, and roadside support are all included in the monthly rental.

Design

With a clamshell bonnet, a low-slung grille, and a floating roofline, the 2017 Swift has an updated look. It features LED fog lamps and huge projector headlamps with L-shaped DRLs. From the back, the car has a recognisable appearance. It features a wraparound back windscreen, clear lens LED taillights, and broad haunches. These alloy wheels are dual-toned on this vehicle.

Inside, the new Swift boasts a more driver-focused cockpit with a centre-mounted 9-inch touchscreen infotainment system, a twin-dial instrument cluster, and a 3-spoke steering wheel. The vehicle has features like wireless charging, a height-adjustable driver seat, motorised ORVMs, automatic climate control, and connectivity for Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, to mention a few.

Engine and Gearbox

2024 Maruti Swift engine and fuel economy:

The new Z-series 1.2-litre, 3-cylinder petrol engine, which generates 112 Nm at 4,300 rpm and 80 BHP at 5,700 rpm, is available for the 2024 Swift. Either a 5-speed manual or a 5-speed AMT is mated to the engine.

Performance

According to Maruti Suzuki, the new Z-series engine promises 14% more fuel efficiency in an automatic gearbox and 10% more fuel efficiency in a manual. In terms of mileage, the ARAI has approved 24.80 km/l (MT) and 25.75 km/l (AMT).

 

Safety

All variations of the new Swift come standard with six airbags, 3-point seatbelts with seatbelt reminders for every seat, ABS with EBD and Brake Assist, ESC, Hill Start Assist, and a rearview camera.

 

Colours

Six exterior colours are offered for the Swift: Magma Grey, Pearl Arctic White, Sizzling Red, Novel Orange, Lustre Blue, and Splendid Silver. Additionally, there are three options for dual-tone colours: Pearl Arctic White with Midnight Black Roof, Sizzling Red with Midnight Black Roof, and Lustre Blue with Midnight Black Roof.
