Design

The Yamaha R15S V3's "practical" single-seat setup is its best feature. Yamaha hopes to improve the supersport's suitability for daily use with this model. Yamaha hasn't made any changes to the new R15's appearance. Like other supersport bikes, its bodywork gets angular and aggressive. The R15 emblem appears over the fairing, a silver stripe is added, and the Racing Blue version receives updated artwork.

 

Specifications 

Engine and Gearbox

The 155cc single-cylinder liquid-cooled 4-valve engine with variable valve action (VVA) found in the R15 V4 powers the R15S. It produces 14.2 Nmof torque and 18.4 PS. A 6-speed gearbox is linked to the engine. A slip-and-assist clutch is also included. For the R15S, the iconic Deltabox frame has undergone some modifications.

Suspension and Brakes

The hardware still uses an aluminium swingarm and a Deltabox frame. Telescopic front forks and a rear monoshock are in charge of suspension duties. On both wheels, the braking hardware consists of single discs.
