Mini Cooper Small family car

The Mini is a small, two-door, four-seat car, Its space-saving transverse engine and front-wheel drive layout – allowing 80% of the area of the car's floor pan to be used for passengers and luggage – influenced a generation of car makers.
In 1999, the Mini was voted the second-most influential car of the 20th century, behind the Ford Model T, and ahead of the
Citroën DS and Volkswagen.

The primary difference was a specially cast engine block and cylinder head that was more suitable
for racing. The first Cooper S models used a 1071 cc engine with a special nitrided steel crankshaft. In 1964 a
range of displacements was offered including 971 cc and a 1275 cc.For extended trips and rally racing, a second fuel tank was fitted. Other factory upgrades included
larger from disc brakes, a vacuum-assisted brake booster and offset steel wheels which were
widened to 4½ inches by 1964.Originally the brainchild of race car builder John Cooper, the Austin Mini Cooper was designed by AlecIssigonis. Issigonis thought that the Mini should be a “people’s car” rather than a performance machine and the did not like the idea of a souped-up Mini
Its a yellow Mini cooper 1970. Nice colour and perfect to small family
